How your information is used.
This page explains information submitted through the website and the product-use information planned for the beta.
What the forms collect
If you request beta updates, the form sends your email and any optional game interests to Formspree for Facette to review and use when contacting people about beta news. The form does not create an account, reserve a beta place or give you access.
Creator inquiries
Creator inquiries collect your name or handle, email, portfolio link, collaboration interest, proposal, and any optional specialties, availability or rates you supply. Formspree processes these details so Facette can review and respond where appropriate. A creator inquiry does not sign you up for beta emails.
Your account
The planned beta uses browser-based account sign-in. Public signup and account management aren't available here yet.
What Early Access records about product use
Early Access may record a small number of milestones linked to your account: that setup was completed or had to be recovered, that a Face was launched, that the product was actually used, and that you came back and used it again.
Those milestones exist for one reason. I need to know whether people who download Facette can get it working and find it worth returning to, and which step loses them when they cannot. Support email and my own guesses are not a reliable substitute for that.
Just as important is what this does not include. It is not gameplay contents, chat, what you press while you play, your control history, raw diagnostic dumps, the identity of your displays, or card and payment data. Your email address is not used as an analytics key.
This measurement is first-party. The milestones are recorded by Facette's own account system rather than handed to an advertising network, and they use no tracking cookie, device fingerprint, or cross-site identifier. This website separately loads Vercel's aggregate page-view script, described below; that script is not linked to your account and has nothing to do with these milestones. If a milestone fails to record, nothing about your access changes. Your download, account, and product use never depend on it.
How it is used
Beta-interest submissions help us understand which games people want to hear about. Their email addresses are used only for requested Facette beta communications, with removal requests handled by support. Product milestones, once implemented, have a separate purpose: understanding setup and returning use.
Where it is processed
Form submissions are processed by Formspree. Facette's website itself is served through Vercel, which records standard, aggregate page-view analytics.
